Privacy

This is the official website of Ja Rocky. It collects as little as possible — only what you choose to send.

What is collected

• Inner Circle: your email address, if you join.
• Inquiries: your name, email, optional link and message, if you send one.
• On your device: your language choice (local storage) and whether you have already seen the intro (session storage). Neither is sent anywhere.

Why

To send you Inner Circle updates (based on your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time) and to reply to your inquiry (steps prior to a possible agreement). GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b).

Services used

Form submissions are delivered by email through Web3Forms. Mailing list provider, if used: Kit or Brevo. Hosting and protection: Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Music videos load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you press play.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and anonymous.

Retention

Inner Circle data is kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Croatia: AZOP, azop.hr). Contact: mgmt@jarocky.com.
